Future High Street Fund - Full Business Case Appraisal Consultancy Service

Tender description

Thanet District Council wishes to select and appoint a suitable supplier for the provision of consultancy services to produce a full capital investment business case appraisal for the Council’s bid to the Future High Streets Fund (FHSF) for Ramsgate, in accordance with published HM Treasury business case guidance and other government guidance, such as Green Book (the guidance is provided in the Annex’s within the ITQ documentation). The Council was successful in its expression of interest to the FHSF and has two priority capital interventions that are being developed, for the successful consultants to use existing models for business case evaluation to appraise the schemes. The timescales for this project are tight and set by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG). The Contract is anticipated to commence upon 14 January, 2020 for a duration of 24 weeks. The procurement process will be undertaken on the basis of formal quotations. Evaluation will be on the basis of criteria and methodology as set out in the Invitation to Quote document.
