Framework Agreement for CPAP, BiPAP, NIV, Sleep Therapy Devices and Associated Products

HTE Intends to procure for a multi-supplier framework agreement for CPAP, BiPAP, NIV, Sleep Therapy Devices & Associated Products for Adults, Paediatrics & NeoNates. HTE intends to award up to 4 suppliers for 3 years with an option to extend for a further period of 1 year. Suppliers who respond to this Notice, may be requested to attend a supplier day on the 8th or 14th January 2020. The purpose of the Supplier Day is: 1) To determine the potential value of this procurement; 2) To demonstrate the range of products suppliers have which falls within the remit of this procurement; 3) To capture details of the latest innovations that may have arisen to improve patient care; 4) To assist in the preparation of the specification. Due to venue constraints Suppliers are advised that only a maximum number of 8 suppliers will be invited to the Supplier Day and selection will be based on the first 8 applicants received.Suppliers will provide a 30 minute presentation followed by 30 minutes of questions.The closing date for applicants is 5pm 20/12/19. This Notice is to inform potential suppliers of the supplier event. Publication for a further call for competition will be made as required. To assist in the strategic direction of this procurement and enable the best solution to be delivered, HealthTrust Europe is seeking supplier engagement. Please send your expression of interest directly to claude.lewis@htepg.com. The deadline for the receipt of expressions of interest is 17:00, Friday 20th December 2019. If the supplier day does take place it will be in the format of holding supplier meetings/conference calls. The likely venue where the supplier meetings will be held is: HealthTrust Europe, 19 George Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, B15 1NU. A full agenda will be provided. It should be noted, if the supplier day does not occur, then questionnaires will be distributed for completion, to those companies who expressed an interest.
