Economic benefits of having a connected rail corridor

The aim of the project is to provide the rail industry with a set of tangible economic and financial metrics for potential improvement to rail passenger and freight operations enabled by better connectivity. A rail connected corridor providing track to train telecoms should unlock investment and promote innovation. The supplier event will offer more detail on the research idea and the challenges it intends to tackle.
