COMPETITIVE LAND, DESIGN & BUILD COMPETITION FOR BROUGHSHANE

Tender description

Clanmil Housing Association on behalf of Alpha Housing Association wish to invite bids for a Competitive Land Design & Build Competition for the Broughshane area, Ballymena. Alpha Housing Association wish to appoint Developers for the provision of Land, Design and Build in the area of Broughshane, Ballymena, Northern Ireland for small to medium sized schemes, IE developments of between 12 & 18 units.. At least one provider is expected to be appointed to deliver land, design team and contractor and ultimately completed housing units. Following the full evaluation, Tenderers who are successful will be ranked in terms of their overall score. The intention is to appoint up to [6] Developers. Each Developer provides the land, designs, constructs and completes the scheme for the Contracting Authority in accordance with the requirements explained fully in the ITT stage.
