Tender description

This procurement is to initiate the external sports projects at the Linwood On-X by seeking a suitably qualified and experienced lead designer for the following design requirements, development of a closed-circuit cycle track, upgrading of a sand-based hockey pitch to a water-based hockey pitch, re-design of an existing car park. The lead designer should be a civil and structural engineer and should incorporate all engineering disciplines required for the design of the facilities. Where there are elements of the services that the consultant cannot perform ‘in house’ the consultant shall appoint all necessary sub consultants to ensure all design specialism roles required are fulfilled; architect, landscape architect, M&E engineer, principal designer and o additional specialisms as required to fulfil the brief set out in Appendix A.
