Tender description

The Council of the London Borough of Ealing is conducting a procurement process, under Public Contracts Regulations 2015, to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to work on behalf of the Council under a new agreement for the provision of a sales agent for Copley Close for a period of 4 years subject to performance and meeting the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) as set out in the tender documents. There will be 1 supplier to provide a sales agent service in order to sell properties developed on the Copley site to potential buyers in the external market and to secure a return on investment for the Council in return for a commission.
