The appointment of a suitable company is required in order to undertake full statutory audits for Blackpool Council's Wholly Owned Companies. The appointment of a suitable company is required in order to undertake full statutory audits including report and opinion to the Directors of Blackpool Housing Company Ltd, Blackpool Operating Company Ltd, Blackpool Entertainment Company Ltd, Blackpool Transport Services Ltd, Blackpool Coastal Housing Ltd, the Blackpool Airport suite of Ltd Companies, Blackpool Waste Services Ltd and Lancashire Management Operations Ltd as to whether the financial statements represent a true and fair view of each of the company’s affairs, production of statutory accounts and filing of the same at Companies House. Wholly owned companies created within the contract period will be included in this contract. Additional requirements exist in relation to: — Blackpool Operating Company Ltd defined pension benefit scheme, — group companies taxation advice and services, — company valuations.
