Bord Bainistíochta, Scoil Cholmcille, Ros a' Mhíl wish to procure the services of an architectural/engineering consultant for the design, contractor procurement, supervision, construction management and certification for Ionad Réamhscolaíochta Cholmcille, Ros a' Mhíl at Ros a'Mhíl, Baile na hAbhann, Co. na Gaillimhe. It is proposed to develop a pre-school and after-school facility adjoining the existing primary school, Scoil Cholmcille. The anticipated building size is 220 square meters. The service provider is required to provide all necessary services to bring the project from planning stage through to final completion of an operational building.
