Tender description

The Air Commodities Team (ACT) within the Air Domain of DE&S is responsible for the support of the equipment detailed at Annex A. Before arranging for the possible repair and Post Design Services (PDS) support for the equipment at Annex A, ACT wishes to understand industry’s willingness and ability to be involved, in order to better understand our options. This RFI seeks industry's input to gain an understanding of the potential repair and design support opportunities available for the assorted aircraft electrical and avionics equipment at Annex A. This activity does not prejudice any further involvement with any other projects within the Air Commodities Team (ACT). The intention of this RFI is to identify the capabilities and intentions of individual companies with regards to the repair and support of electrical and avionics equipment. The objectives are to: (a) understand the market better; (b) establish the intent of the market; (c) establish willingness of the market to engage; (d) understand the capabilities of individual companies within the market. This is an opportunity for external organisations to inform the development of ACT’s future solution development.
