Tender description

Extension to Holy Child Boys' NS. This build is to deliver an SEN Base which will be used for children on the autism spectrum. Internally, it will be a 2 Classroom suite of accommodation with associated spaces as outlined in the attached schedule. External spaces are also catered for within the schedule. Our sanction for the opening of classes is for September 2020 and as such it is of vital importance that the build is undertaken with this time frame in mind. The project will require planning permission. The design and build must be carried out in accordance with TGD-007. When appointed the Consultant should familiarise him/herself with this document and other relevant documentation such as TGD-021; TGD-026; TGD-002 and other relevant Technical Guidance Documents and amendments. A PSDP will also be required for this project.
