Newcastle City Council is undertaking a Commissioning exercise with regards to a new SEND and Social Care Transport Framework. The aim of the exercise is to assist the Council in developing and shaping the procurement process. Attached to the portal is a set of Project Notes including a draft timetable. In addition, a draft specification has also been included.
