The Council is seeking a Service Provider to provide a Specialist Advocacy Service across the county of West Sussex. The fundamental purpose of the Service is to enable customers with communication difficulties to have their voice heard, have support to resolve issues impacting on their wellbeing and to engage in group activity which facilitates a reduction in loneliness , promotes friendship opportunities, improves self-esteem, self-confidence and wellbeing
