Tender description

The Council is seeking to create a framework of up to four Consultants to support its internal Building Services design team in the delivery of day to day and minor works projects within the public building and school estate. It is intended that this framework be in place for two calendar years with the option to extend this by two individual years. There is however no guarantee of work during the period of the framework. The framework is intended to provide support in the delivery of projects generally up to £25K in value and undertaken either as independent projects or as an element of work within a building surveyor scheme. There however may be occasions where support is required on higher value projects in line with our planned contractor frameworks which are in the bands £25- £100K and £100 to £500K, including acting as lead consultant on boiler replacement, heating distribution replacement and electrical rewires
