Tender description

Lewisham Council are seeking to procure an integrated Housing IT System. The Lewisham Council Housing Needs Service currently provides most of its core housing services via 2 main IT systems. These are Civica Abritas which is used to manage applications to the housing register and its choice based lettings service and CDPSoft which manages housing advice, homelessness applications and the supported housing pathway. In addition to these the temporary accommodation procurement team employs a system of excel spreadsheets to manage the services associated with private sector leasing and the procurement of all forms of temporary accommodation for homelessness, CYP and NRPF. Lewisham Council are seeking to support the housing services team in delivering its vision of the single customer journey; reduce third party costs for systems, licensing and equipment and improve administrative efficiency and management oversight of services delivered. Particularly ensuring that systems are able to be used to their fullest potential and improving integration between systems. The Council is seeking a fixed cost for a 5 (five) year contract with a possible 2 (two) year extension (subject to agreement between all parties).
