Tender description

NIE Networks is seeking to introduce a whole lifecycle investment solution, which will assist in managing asset risk reporting to the regulator, maintenance investment strategy development, and end-of-life investment strategies. This solution should support all business and regulatory requirements, and integrate with NIE Networks Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems to retrieve the relevant asset data for model input. NIE Networks has a requirement for an Asset Decision Support Tool (ADST). The purpose of this procurement exercise is to award a framework agreement for a period of 6 years with the option, exercisable exclusively by NIE Networks, to extend the contract for up to a further 2 years.
