Tender description

The Agri-Food and Biosciences Institute of Northern Ireland (referred to hereafter as ‘AFBI’) undertakes regular marine research surveys on board the research vessel Corystes (referred to also hereafter as the Vessel) in support of the UK Government's responsibilities in relation to fisheries, aquaculture and the marine environment. In addition, AFBI intends that the Vessel shall be employed, whether or not for hire or reward, on such other surveys as they may require. The operation to which this contract relates shall comprise the marine research surveys and any other surveys required (all of which shall be referred to hereafter as ‘surveys’) by AFBI, together with all services required to keep the Vessel fit and ready for the above task.
