This Specification describes the service required and the standards expected from the Service Provider providing enforcement and collection services in respect of: • Council Tax • Non Domestic Rates • Sundry Debts - to include overpaid Housing Benefit and Commercial Rent arrears • Parking Penalty Charge Notice debts
