Provision of a cashless parking payment system (pay-by-mobile). The provision of a cashless parking service across all of Torbay Council's on-street and off-street parking locations. The term of this contract will be for up to 6 months, commencing on 2.12.2019. The value of the contract given in this notice relates to the income generated by the service for the supplier and does not include the authority's income from car parking charges.
