The Mná na hÉireann, Women of Ireland is a three year fund designed to support not for profit organisations who are focused on assisting women, experiencing disadvantage, to progress to further education and employment. The objective of the fund is to secure employment for 1000 women experiencing disadvantage. The aim of this evaluation is to review, refine and identify the modules or elements within the awardees’ modules that work to promote the economic mobility of women in Ireland.
