Tender description

After a completion of a competitive tender process, National Grid has awarded a framework agreement for an initial 3 year term (with the option to extend by up to 2 years in 1 year increments) covering legal services including but not limited to the areas outlined below: — energy and regulation, — competition law and dawn raids, — property and planning, — commercial, — disputes including debt and damage, — intellectual property, trademark and patent services, — construction, — corporate, — health, safety and environment, — employment, — pensions, — insurance and insurance claims, — GDPR and cyber security.
