Tender description

This is a voluntary ex-ante transparency (VEAT) notice. This notice is to indicate that Scottish Enterprise (SE) intends to contract with Ernst + Young for a 3-month period as a short extension to the current contract which expires at the end of December 2019. SE has already undertaken significant work in relation to tax advice for our overseas offices, and this additional work will ensure key outputs from this can be successfully completed prior to the end of the financial year.
