Tender description

The selected partner must be able to deliver the following: 1) Core ICT Architecture platform, from design through deployment and dissolution, able to accommodate a range of applications and user groups including timing scoring and results, business applications and the host broadcaster; 2) ICT Security and Cyber Security to meet the highest standards required for an event of global significance; 3) Integration while maintaining architectural oversight with other stakeholders and suppliers of user systems ensuring the integrity and security of operational and user data; 4) Successful transfer of the ICT platform to future games incorporating new technology innovation as required; 5) Support services to meet the demands of a large scale, time critical project. CGF Partnerships Ltd intends to put in place an agreement for the provision of ICT Architecture, integration and support services for use by the organising committees of the Commonwealth Games for the games to be held in 2022, 2026 and 2030 including Birmingham Organising Committee for the 2022 Commonwealth Games Ltd.
