HIGHER LEVEL TEACHING ASSISTANT (HLTA) ASSESSMENTS AUTUMN 2019-SPRING 2020 - ENFIELD LA Enfield Council, Schools and Early Years Improvement Services require Strictly Education 4S as part of the HLTA National Assessment Partnership (HNAP) to provide assessors to complete HLTA candidates qualifications by visiting their school and undertake interviews with candidate and colleagues in school. Autumn term 2019 cohort 10 candidates at £450 per candidate = £4500
