Tender description

This new commission/resource will form part of the transformation of services within One Vision and support the Making Integration Happen agenda. Its offer will be to enable families to become financially resilient by providing direct support to families to families to maximise their income; to fully understand the community assets within each locality to support families out of poverty, share information with all partners and create opportunities for the community to expand its children and family resources. The Money Matters Advisers primary target group will be within areas of a locality whose children and young people are from families experiencing deprivation and disadvantage. Disadvantaged families can include, but are not limited to those who are socially or economically deprived or discriminated against. The rising demand in food banks by families in employment shows the escalating need for those families to be included by this service. To manage capacity of the Service young people and families whose needs can be met elsewhere within community assets will be signposted and supported to other partners.
