Tender description

The service provision is based at Constabulary headquarters and Healthworks provides an online portal to support the service and was awarded to Gel Ltd (trading as Healthworks) following an EU Compliant tendering exercise. The contract with Healthworks was awarded for 3 years until the 30.11.2018, with an option to extend the contract for one further period of 12 months. The contract with Healthworks was awarded for 3 years until the 30.11.2018, with an option to extend the contract for one further period of 12 months.The PCC intends to award this contract under the negotiated procedure without prior publication which may be used for new works and services consisting of the repetition of similar works or services entrusted to the economic operator to which the same contracting authority awarded an original contract, provided that such works or services are in conformity with a basic project for which the original contract was awarded. It is the PCC's intention to award a 12-month contract to Gel Ltd (trading as Healthworks) under a VEAT notice, under section 32 (9) of the Procurement Contract Regulations 2015.
