Tender description
A shared lives service can offer both long term and short term placements for vulnerable adults. The accommodation is provided alongside the care and support by individuals or families, in their own home and as part of the local community. The provider will recruit, assess, train and manage the carers to ensure that all services, accommodation and the care and support provided meets the individual needs of each person accessing the service.
