Wrexham County Borough Council (WCBC) is tendering for the provision of a supported living service on behalf of Wrexham County Borough Council. The local authority has reviewed the provision of supported living services in Wrexham, and has identified in accordance with current legislation a number of drivers which include: 1) Improved outcomes for people who use services; 2) Commissioning of new services where there are gaps in existing provision; 3) Recognition that the current service configuration is not financially sustainable in the long term, given the increased demand projected for supported living, and the need to make service efficiencies. Wrexham County Borough Council (hereafter referred to as ‘the Purchaser’) invites you to tender for the provision of supported living services in Wrexham. Lot 1 is a 24/7 complex service for 2 younger adults with challenging needs. LDSLS55 (Lot 1) 2 service users/approx. 177 Hours and 7 sleep-ins. Wrexham County Borough Council (hereafter referred to as ‘the Purchaser’) invites you to tender for the provision of supported living services in Wrexham. Lot 2 is non 24-hour services and we are looking for a single provider to support current and future services (currently there are 4 properties). This will allow a provider and staff team to work flexibly across all services delivering improved outcomes for all individuals. There is no restriction on the number of lots that providers are allowed to bid for. LDSLS56-59 (Lot 2) 13 service users/approx. 235,25 hours.
