This prior information notice (PIN) is to alert the market that the nuclear decommissioning authority (NDA) intends to let a contract for third party administrator to manage nuclear liability claims, on behalf of Rutherford Indemnity Ltd and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) and invites interested parties to a supplier information day. Rutherford and NDA are looking to procure an independent provider of third party administration and liability claims management services as part of their liability claims management plan. NDA require a provider that can demonstrate both UK and overseas territories capabilities and solutions, with sufficient appropriately qualified resource available to initially manage the FNOL and triage stages, and thereafter investigate a broad range of claim types and negotiate settlements through to conclusion. The NDA will be holding a supplier event on the 12.12.2019 13:45 p.m. until 16:15 p.m. and we would like to invite organisations to attend who may be interested in participating in the forthcoming competition. The agenda will be sent out to those organisations wishing to attend. The attendance will be limited to 2 persons per organisation.
