Careers sessions could be delivered as small group sessions or individual 1:1 sessions as agreed between the supplier, the DANCOP partnerships manager and the school contact. These careers advice and guidance services will be required for an initial 12-month period with options to extend on an annual basis for 3 further years, subject to securing additional funding and successful performance of the contract, in the sole opinion of the University. The following are within scope of this procurement: — execution and delivery of the careers guidance services, — knowledge, training and skills transfer as required, — ongoing support service, — account management including attendance at review meetings and provision of management and reporting information, — future development opportunities within the scope of this tender to allow the University to take advantage of any developments in this area of work which may assist in improving operational performance.
