Digital Printing Service with Off-Site Hybrid Mail Solution

Tender description

Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced print partner to implement a digital printing service to the social housing sector, the printing service is to provide an off-site hybrid mail solution. The services will all need to be in addition to Trivallis’ current on-site multi-function devices. The print service provider should be able to provide the following services; I. Enable staff to print from fixed offices to a remote print site. II. Enable staff to use Laptops/Tablets/Smart Phones to print when not in a fixed office. III. Gather stakeholder contact requirements around contact methods, which the solution will use to decide the delivery method. IV. Allow for flexible solutions allowing for multiple outcomes based on workflow. V. Provide proof of delivery and tracking ability.
