Tender description

Northamptonshire and Leicester Police Forces are looking to run an Open OJEU Tender within the next 6 months. The authorities are exploring the feasibility of delivering Civilian Detention Officer services in partnership with an external provider, who can provide high calibre professional services with staff trained to an approved standard at their 5 custody sites. The authorities invite innovation in designing the provision of this service. efficiency, resilience of delivery and cost effectiveness will be key factors in our decision making process. To enable the forces to refine their specification we are holding a Market Engagement Day on the 8.1.2020 and 9.1.2020 and we therefore request that you advise your organisations availability to attend by the 6.12.2019 12.00 to elly.grayston@emscu.pnn.police.uk 8.1.2020 Day 1 — tour of custody sites. 9.1.2020 Day 2 — your organisations presentation to internal stakeholders. Once registered (by the 6th December) we will send out logisitical details along with further detailed information about the requirement. 2 attendees are permitted per organisation and will be allocated a 1 hour slot to present on Day 2.
