This notice is to alert the market of the intention of English Heritage to commence a procurement process for the award of a framework agreement to support the delivery of a transformation programme in respect of CRM services. The English Heritage Trust is examining the options available to replace our current CRM Solution. This is not a formal tender document. We will be subsequently running this opportunity through our supplier portal In-Tend, so it is for this reason that we kindly request that you register on the Portal.
