Enfield Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced commercial property managing and letting agents to provide property managing services for its commercial and industrial assets within the Meridian Water area. The Council requires the services of an experienced commercial property managing and letting agent to provide property managing services for its commercial and industrial assets within the Meridian Water area. The services comprise, but are not limited to the following: — general day to day property management, — rent and service charge collection, — property database management, — lease renewals and expires, — property inspections, — management reports, — financial management, — budgeting and forecasting, — rent reviews, — seeking new occupiers for vacant units, — ensuring tenant compliance with lease obligations the estimated annual contract value is 100 000 GBP to 150 000 GBP.
