Tender description

St. John's Central College Church Building Refurbishment: The works comprise of the stripping-out and renovation of the ground floor of an existing school building which was formerly a church and is a protected structure. The new floor layout will involve: new stud walls, doors, screens, fixtures and fittings; Some new steel columns with piles; New drainage, electrical, plumbing and heating services; New flooring, ceilings and complete redecoration. Also included are some new steel ramps and kerbs externally for accessibility.
