Tender description
The Borough Council of Calderdale is seeking expressions of interest for suitable providers to deliver the Carers Information, Advice and Support Service throughout the borough of Calderdale. The Service will deliver a Carers Information, Advice and Support Service that enables those who choose to support people with a long-term condition or disability to do so without detriment to their health or to their inclusion in society. It will be an outcomes-focused service which seeks to improve health and well-being outcomes for adults who are caring for a partner, friend or family member who cannot manage alone. This will be achieved by providing information, advice and both direct and indirect support to carers of people with long-term health conditions and/or disabilities. Keywords: Carer, Carers
