The deliverable for this project is a fully-functional CRM system, operating as a back office system with a clean and full integration to the London Borough of Tower Hamlets website, and other existing back office systems.The system should support Tower Hamlets’ ambition to provide a modern digital service to its residents and 2/4 customers; to provide effective and efficient workflows and data sharing; and to provide data for insight and evidence driven decision making.
