Tender description

The WDC now wishes to procure a cloud-based or hosted software solution to support the Travel and Subsistence (T&S) requirements of current and future business process operated by the organisation. The proposed solution should be appropriate to the nature, size and scope of the organisation, details of which can be found at www.wdc.ie. In addition to the software solution itself, tender responses should include a proposed training and implementation (including product deployment) plan. The solution that will be selected must be a secure, easy to use self-service, web based portal that will be accessed from both within the WDC internal network and from remote internet based locations. It should provide for the submission, approval and processing of domestic and foreign T&S claims. The system should be capable of supporting standard Irish public service processes and allow for modifications of processes to cater for local WDC process requirements. While tenderers may wish to provide additional information, only the contents of Annexes B, C, and D will be considered for the purposes of evaluation unless specifically referenced in the response document as outlined on the attached Tender document.
