Training Estate Services

Tender description

This framework agreement offers the provision of training estate services across a number of training estates of various sizes and complexity for predominately the Ministry of Defence (MoD), its agencies including Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) and other UK public sector bodies who have requirements to use and maintain training estates. The training estates services the supplier shall provide on a national basis includes but shall not be limited to: Contract Management and Contract Mobilisation Services; Maintenance Services; Horticultural Services; Catering Services; Cleaning Services; Workplace FM Services; Reception Services; Security Services; Waste Services; Miscellaneous FM Services; CAFM and Helpdesk Services; Management of Billable Works; Management and Control of Ranges and Training Areas (MCRT) system (including the Operation of a Bidding and Allocation Management (BAMS) system); Accommodation Services; Training Areas and Ranges Operation and Management (TAROM) Services (including services for Targets deployed overseas); Rural Estate Maintenance (REM) Services; Land Management Service (LMS); and Total Facilities Management (TFM) Services There is also the potential for an international requirement.
