Tender description

The London Borough of Bromley has tendered its Carelink telephone calls answering service which can simultaneously respond to all calls from alarms dispersed in the community via a restricted tender route. The London Borough of Bromley was seeking to identify a suitably experienced provider to deliver it's telephone call handling service 24 hours a day, 7 days per week and consists of: — a computerised telephone answering service which can simultaneously respond to all calls from alarms dispersed in the community and facilitates clear voice contact between the contractor's staff and service usrs, — on receiving a call, the operator shall contact the Council or an alternative nominated phone number for the service user. The contract will run for a period of 3 years from 4.11.2019 to 3.11.2022 with 2 possible extensions of up to 1 year each. A potential contract length of 5 years.
