Tender description

The General Dental Council intends on inviting tenders to provide human resource information systems which includes core elements of an integrated HR and Payroll system, suitable for a medium size organisation. This PIN does not constitute a commitment by the General Dental Council to begin any procurement activity or award a contract in relation to the PIN's subject matter. The GDC is the UK-wide statutory regulator of over 100 000 dental members. We currently have circa 350 staff work from our 2 offices; our HQ in London and an office in Birmingham. We intend to invite tenders for a HRIS systems; which will include an integrated cloud HR and Payroll system and associated services. High level core requirements include but are not limited to: — manage payroll on HR System, — e-Recruitment and On-boarding capability, — gathering and storage of employee information, — attendance management, — performance evaluation, — online self-service capability for employees, managers and people services team, — report creation capability, — open application programming interface (API), — records management. The contract and related services will be managed by our teams in our Birmingham office. We intend to start the procurement process in Dec/Jan. The procurement will be run under the OJEU Restricted (2 stage) procedure.
