This is not a call for competition or an invitation to tender. This is an invitation to participate in a market consultation exercise in relation to the provision of an eDiscovery Software Solution for the Central Bank of Ireland (the “Central Bank”). The purpose of this request is to establish the types of eDiscovery Software solutions that are available to the Central Bank, and the indicative costs of these solutions. The Central Bank wants to understand and assess options available in this area and get feedback from across the market. The Central Bank is interested in responses from vendors who have experience of implementing and supporting eDiscovery Software Solutions that will assist the Central Bank with the collection, processing, review and production of data. The Central Bank may cancel this market consultation at any time and interested parties will bear their own costs in participating in the consultation.
