Tender description

Nottingham City Council is seeking proposals from suitably experienced and qualified developers to deliver a number of homes, including Affordable Housing, across two sites in Nottingham. A developer is sought to deliver a family housing led development across two sites in north Nottingham, with development potential for circa 360 homes. The Council wish to acquire 108 of the completed homes for Affordable Housing for rent (Council Housing). These sites are being marketed with the benefit of detailed planning guidance, which provides guidance around size standards, parking, defensible space etc. The developer will be required to ensure that the site is suitable for its development, including stopping up public rights of way, if any. The Council has appropriated the land for planning purposes, and the sites are in freehold ownership of the Council. The selected developer will develop the sites under a Development Agreement.
