Tender description

This competition is for the appointment of an Architect led design team for the design and delivery of a new Administration Building on behalf of Institute of Technology Carlow. The overall gross internal floor area of the proposed building will be circa 2,200M² spread across three stories. The new building is proposed to be located on the same footprint of an existing two storey prefab which will be required to be demolished as part of the contract and in advance of the new construction works commencing.
