Tender description

To provide a reactive general maintenance and handyman service to all of the Trust's buildings. The properties are generally situated throughout the Trust's geographical area of operation covering Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex. To provide semi-skilled electrical, mechanical and general fabric reactive and remedial works in Bedfordshire. To provide semi-skilled electrical, mechanical and general fabric reactive and remedial works in Cambridgeshire. To provide semi-skilled electrical, mechanical and general fabric reactive and remedial works in Hertfordshire. To provide semi-skilled electrical, mechanical and general fabric reactive and remedial works in Essex. To provide semi-skilled electrical, mechanical and general fabric reactive and remedial works in Norfolk. To provide semi-skilled electrical, mechanical and general fabric reactive and remedial works in Suffolk.
