Tender description

The Council is looking to purchase a minimum of 55 fully featured and 40 basic, self-service kiosks including installation and any training requirements for staff. We are expecting to retain the current security gate estate and we would expect the proposed solution to be capable of handling the security settings on the tags. Devices should also be capable of accepting Wake on LAN commands. Over 50% of current open hours in Norfolk libraries are unstaffed, and many libraries will be equipped with just one device so equipment reliability, security and fault rectification speed will be key factors.
