Tender description

Tenders are sought for the supply and installation of an Automated Sample Extraction Unit for the analysis of Persistent Organic Pollutants, namely Dioxins, Furans, PCB’s and Brominated Flame Retardants (BFR’s). The instrument is required for the extraction of fatty residues from a wide variety of food and feed samples, and must be automated for high throughput. The technology should be well established with a large range of application notes and reference labs to support the use of the application. The Instrument will be used for extracting Organic Pollutants, namely Dioxins/Furans/PCBs and BFRs in a variety of Animal Feeding stuffs and Food including, but not limited to, Feed Materials (organic and inorganic), Compound Feeds, Complimentary Feeds, Feed Additives, Premixtures, Mineral Mixes, Grass, Dairy Products, Eggs, Fish, Liver, Meat, Poultry, Baby foods, Cereals, Clays, Fruit and Vegetables.
