Whilst in dry dock Cefas require an independent third party to undertake a thorough inspection of the vessel to: •assess whether the condition of the vessel is in line with and contractual compliance (see POM Obligations - Maintenance of RV Cefas Endeavour for further information); and •propose any remedial actions necessary to bring the vessel condition in line with expectations and contractual compliance. Following a market appraisal of similar vessels, size and type, Cefas require a valuation of RV Cefas Endeavour in Great British Pounds Sterling.)
