DFID Yemen is committed to the use of independent monitoring to provide an additional level of assurance that DFID programmes are being delivered as intended. The appointed service provider will require to deliver independent monitoring and evaluation services to DFID Yemen to ensure that such services will continue to be provided in a fragile and conflict affected environment. The outputs of the work will be: 1) Independent verification that DFID funded projects are being delivered; 2) Views and voices collected from beneficiary communities; 3) Contextual information collected from the population of Yemen.
