Tender description

This tender relates to the new car park and road improvements to be constructed on the Davis Road in Clonmel, including the provision of an access into Kickham Barracks through an existing wall. The works also involve amendments to the parking, bus stop, and cycle arrangement along Davis Road. The section of Davis Road is located within Clonmel Town, in Tipperary County, on the R707, east-bound approach to the town centre from the N24. This project involves breaking out of the existing concrete surface within the proposed car park area, construction of new car park and associated infrastructure, alterations to the lane configuration of the existing Davis Road, kerbline alterations, and new traffic signs.
