Tender description

The Local Enterprise Office South Cork, is part of Cork County Council’s Economic Development and have the primary function of promoting enterprise and assisting with the development of micro-enterprises at local level. The Local Enterprise Office (LEO) supports include financial assistance (subject to eligibility), business advice, mentoring, training, networking and the trading online vouchers. As per the Enterprise Development Plan, the provision of training is a fundamental aspect of LEO supports to entrepreneurs in the region. The Local Enterprise Office currently provides a wide range of training opportunities for the small business manager/owner, all of which are highly subsidized. These training programs equip entrepreneurs, owners and managers with the knowledge to plan, grow and sustain productivity, innovation and competitiveness. The Local Enterprise Office South Cork is currently seeking tenders from suitably qualified trainers/consultants for all Training delivery for the period of 1st January 2020 until the 31st of December 2021. The contract will run for 24 months with an option to extend for a further 2 x 12month periods. Trainers may apply for more than 1 LOT, please note while you can apply for more than 1 LOT you must not exceed 6 LOTS. Please note that the target audience for all programmes are owner/managers or employees of businesses employing 10 or less, start up businesses or those thinking of starting a business. The listing below is an indication of programmes under consideration and which will be scheduled subject to demand. The workshops/programmes will be held at various locations and venues across County Cork.
